No, as of 2023, founder Rev. Denise Deschamps has retired and the charity known as Tender Loving Care Childrens Ministry is no longer in operation.

The website TLCCM.net will remain active, but solely to provide free download of Spanish teaching materials.

Spanish bible resources continue to be available for free download on our Recursos en Español page.

While in operation TLCCM provided food and spiritual education to hundreds of poor Mexican children and Indiginous Communities.
